What you have told us here is true, and the car is yours.
Your details and photos stay inside the society. We use them to run events and to check you in at the gate.
At society events you drive to the conditions and do as the marshals ask.
If the committee is happy with your application it goes to the whole membership for a vote. The members are shown your name, your photo, your car and what you have written here, along with anything the committee adds, whether the society has met you before - as a guest, a former member or an earlier applicant - and, where you have named a member and that member agrees to vouch for you, their name and anything they say. They are not shown your email address, your phone number or where you live.
That vote is what decides it, so long as enough members take part - if too few do, it goes back to the committee. A membership may be ended for behaviour that puts the society at risk.
You can ask us to delete your application at any time before it is approved.
The full rules and bylaws are members-only. You can read them in the handbook once you join.
Membership is paid monthly. If the committee accepts you they will tell you which class they are offering and what it costs, and the society arranges the dues with you directly - nothing is charged until it has.
